Tune in and have a go at making a cute little hedgehog from a handful of wool fibres. For this class, we use lots of natural English fleece, which is coarse and easy to felt. It also makes for a beautifully natural finish, really bringing your creature to life. This project is a good one for both beginners and seasoned felters alike. Children aged 10+ can easily join in if supervised by a parent. The finished hedgehog is a perfect mascot for anyone who might need a little pocket friend to squeeze in these uncertain times... 

We will pop your kit in the post to you as soon as you book your place. Please book a double kit if you're making this along with your child or one friend, or a triple kit if there are three of you, so that we can put enough needles in!

You will also need: a large, deep sponge to work on (like a car-washing sponge) or a small cushion - something soft to protect your needle.
